Port Mansfield Trophy Trout

Last week’s Port Mansfield trips were action packed. We fished a couple days in warm weather, then got hit by a front and temps dropped a little, which triggered a big fish bite. Mansfield trips are trophy trout trips, with the intention of upping your personal best. One client was able to achieve that, as it was his first ever saltwater wading trip.

One day two he hung a beautiful 6.5 pound 27″ trout, throwing a Down South Lure pumpkinseed. Over the course of 3 days, we landed several 4-5 pound trout, 4 at 6.5 pounds and more redfish than you could shake a stick at.

We threw topwaters, Corky’s, and soft plastics over knee deep sand pockets. I have decided to extend the Port Mansfield Trophy Trout Package until the end of April. contact me today to get in on what can be your most memorable trip yet.
